Correcting part order histories / initial stock #412

Occasionally when adding new parts, I miss-enter the initial stock / price data. (such as forgetting the tick box for "price per item / whole lot". This causes the average part price to be dramatically off.
All other fields are editable except the initial stock, and ALL stock change history.
The current solution is to clone the item entirely, enter the correct stocking info, then delete the first entry. Not terribly difficult, but.. meh.. It WOULD be nice if, with admin permissions, you could just clean up the original data.

I was also very interested in this as I had exact the same issue but thought it might be no problem to change the price data later if not known at moment. Now my stock is mostly at price 0.
