2. Final Version

In this version, the final plot is updated by adding angular resolutions from other neutrino experiments. Also some language improvements are performed.

Finally, the kinematic angle is still taken from the KM3NeT paper and thus there are no informations given for the kinematic angle at neutrino energies of E < 1 TeV. To do this plot at my own only the Bjorken x is missing.
