Refactor storage mechanism. Move away from storing everything in one JSON file towards storing everything in separate

Move away from storage in plain 'ol JSON towards storing single .md text files, imgs & pdfs.
With central JSON database structure that references and connects all of them e.g. which images are in which notes, etc.
Instead of a JSON file containing all the data related to the Bulb project now instead a folder ( e.g. .bulb-) contains all the data of a project
