Auto scroll to end on new message makes another reader focus change

when reading the scilog when someone is adding new messages, the scilog is jumping automatically to the end and one has to find again the scroll position to keep on reading. I think the scroll to end in this case is only important for the person/session entering that new message, all others should get only a message that there is new content the hover scroll down arrow could blink or become red or so), only their scroll position is already at the end then it makes sense to autoscroll to the end.
