Support for GitLab and pre-commit were dropped

This template is for my own use only. It's enough time-consuming as it is, I don't want to support things that I don't use.
Right now this means that support for GitLab and pre-commit will be dropped.
If you are a user and you rely on those, I invite you to fork and maintain your own version of the template 🙂
You'll still be able to pick updates from this template if you want to: git remote add upstream https://github.com/pawamoy/copier-pdm; git pull upstream master.
