xdeployer v3.1.0 adds a CLI flag for the supported networks list (see #285; 🙏🏽 thank you @Confucian-e!). To display the complete list of supported networks with the corresponding block explorer links and chain IDs, you can now run npx hardhat xdeploy --list-networks.
