v1.0.0 - PHP Site
Major version 1 is the PHP version of the website. This version also includes the use of yaml files for the event database files/events.yaml.
Major version 2 marks the adoption of the python Flask framework. At this point the site will no longer be using php. Yaml files will also be removed to be replaced with a more encompassing and intergrated relational database approach.
