Make region customizable, right now it is always us-east-1 #25

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the JWT token is always created for default us-east-1 region

Describe the solution you would like.
I would like to have a possibility to pass region variable to the function to get customized token for STS in the particular region in we are not using any role.

Additional context
Just customizing get_sts_client with region does not seem work.
