Ajax-based sites need to be able rerun the script

Currently, the script only runs the first time you load it, but ajax-based sites might want to add the div, run the script, add a different div, run the script again etc. This can be worked around by setting var PELAGIOS_PLACE_MAIN_JS_RUN = false; but we need a better solution.
