Enable Nabla for Pendulum and connect it to the USDC.axl prototype deployment (router address 6gAVVw13mQgzzKk4yEwScMmWiCNyMAunXFJUZonbgKrym81N).

Be aware that there are two similar tickets:

Neither one of these three tickets is meant to be closed for now, instead the associated PR serve as an origin for related Netlify deployments.
