Libraries are not available for maven

the mentioned libraries are not available for maven (anymore?).

Is this library is available somewhere from maven. I'm using maven central as dependency repository and I can not download it. Can you please make them available ?
I would like to use it in the project.

This is lib is not done. It can not be easly set up locally. Too bad. Please make this repo private so no one else could not waste the time on setting this up.
