This enables use of the server on Linux systems, which generally do not support the `tcp` or `unix` transports (on my system I count only `rdma`, `virtio`, `xen`, and `fd`). A sample Python utility `fd-mount.py` to "loopback-mount" a folder has been added to the example unpfs code.
