SPQR 2.0

It has been a while since the last release of SPQR. We realized that most of the features discussed in #431 have been implemented and well tested. We are now ready to increment the version of SPQR and move forward! Soon, we will publish what we expect to implement in SPQR 3, so stay tuned!

This release brings significant improvements to our tools for observability and performance diagnostics. Here is a brief overview of what we have been working on:

• Support for the COPY command Support COPY #748
