Unable to remove last remaining owner from usergroup

Describe the bug

When attempting to remove yourself from a usergroup where you are the last remaining OWNER, there is no feedback to the user that an error has occurred

Steps to reproduce the problem

What were you doing when you encountered the problem?

1. From the admin panel create a user group
2. View the user group
3. Try to remove yourself from the group

Expected behaviour

I expected an error message that removing the last remaining owner would leave the group without an owner
