Updating without changing the webhook url

Hello, very newbie question:

Is there a way to update the module without the webhook getting changed and all sorts of IDs regenerated?
My main.tf looks like this

  environment = "ephemeral"
  aws_region  = "us-east-2"
}

resource "random_id" "random" {
  byte_length = 20
}

module "multi-runner" {
  source  = "philips-labs/github-runner/aws//modules/multi-runner"
  version = "2.2.2"

  multi_runner_config = {

if I bump version and run terraform apply it tells me to do terraform init first. If I do that, it's as if I was making a whole new deployment...
