- Add support for torn off menu/toolbar windows.
The menu/toolbar torn off from a client is only visible while its leader client is also visible.
In the video below there are 6 windows: 3 regular windows and 3 menu/toolbar windows, but only one menu/toolbar window is visible at a time.
