Second Alpha release

This is a partially tested alpha release. Tests of PWM on Uno for Pin 9 and psudoPWM on Mega with pin 9 have been done.
The general tests run with every commit on Travis CI building against the Demo sketch and testing with common Arduino boards (Uno, Mega, Leonardo, Due).

Note: the break function is considered questionable.
