Release of UltimateKEYS

AutoHotkey and Linux :
This new layout features only one dead key, reserved as a multi-purpose key (Compose/Multi_key).
Latest update :  Some minor changes have been made, mostly to the new section "Bullets and Small Geometric Shapes".

MSKLC :
This implementation features a slimmed-down version, since MSKLC does not support multiple keystrokes as a sequence for a dead key.
