Release of UltimateKEYS :

AutoHotkey and Linux :
This new layout features only one dead key, reserved as a multi-purpose key (Compose/Multi_key).
These scripts have been completely overhauled to work with the new Compose sequences.

MSKLC :
This implementation features a slimmed-down version (Compact Edition or CE), since MSKLC does not support multiple keystrokes as a combination for a dead key.

The following letters have been added back to a dead key (diaeresis) :  ơ/Ơ and ư/Ư (o/O and u/U with horn).
The double and single low-9 quotation marks („ and ‚) have been mirrored to “AltGr + , then ,/<”.

Build 2 - Minor change (AutoHotkey v2.0) :
An unneeded escape character has been removed for better compliance with AutoHotkey v2.0 beta 3 ("`%" -> "%").
