Can you upload an sdist to pypi?

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/NearPy

As part of conda-forge/staged-recipes#3858 I want to package this as a conda-forge feedstock.

Also waiting for the sdist available on pypi.

A source tarball also helps for other downstream consumers such as Debian.
