Feature Request: Fibonacci Retracement and Extension Scanners for Optimal Entry and Exit Points

a. Implement a scanner that calculates Fibonacci retracement levels across different timeframes based on given high and low values to help identify optimal entry points.

b. Develop a scanner to compute Fibonacci extension levels using a given high, low, and retracement confirmation. This will assist in finding suitable exit prices across various timeframes.
