Empire status has redundant information, especially the following.

  • bodies-colonies
  • colonies
  • planets

This can be rationalized so we only have one set of data, rather than three.

There are three lists: Stations, Colonies, and both.
The combined list was to keep from breaking older implementations of clients. For lacuna2, I would eliminate the combined list.
