error when copying area_id and iteration_id from work item fields

possibly, new work item's area id and iteration id differs to old one ? if so, we can bypass copying... refer line 198 in WorkItemWrite.cs

On more thing, what do you meant by "•Remove or Modify tags to make sure you will not have validation errors.? Are you referring to issue in #5 ? I'm also getting work items validation issues.
