This pull request aim to add AMP support to MPFS discovery kit

Type of change

  • add AMP support to MPFS discovery kit

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Build and run mpfs-disco-kit-amp (test amp example)
  • Build and run icicle-kit-es-amp (test amp example)

Test Configuration:

  • Hardware: MPFS Discovery board, Icicle Board
  • HSS version: Custom version (49059dbed), in order for the build to run the IHC bug must be fixed, make sure you have an HSS with that fix
