Display more information on the pin list page

The /pins endpoint currently shows a list of IPFS hashes.
This needs to show a table with each record relating to a wrapper.
The columns should be

• Name of wrapper ("Unnamed" is unnamed)
• IPFS hash, with link to /ipfs/{hash}
• Link to manifest file
• Link to schema file
• Size
