What's incorrect or missing

It's unclear to me how the "Default Upstream Timeout" setting differs from the other global timeouts settings.

What's the resolution?

Should this setting be consolidated onto the other page?

This makes sense, and I think we should consolidate this setting as you suggested. I can take care of this if you want since it's a small update, unless you wanted to.
