Need same format for entry_points.csv

Currently, the format of entry_points.csv is different from other files.

The current result in entry_points.csv:

subject	method	type FQN
Test	p.A.m()V	! not implement now

I will add code reference after the pull request is accepted.

Cool. That is still useful though. The problem would be if we wanted to load the CSVs into a database and do queries. We wouldn't be able to do it matching well.
