Changes for this version:

• Fix a bug that made config file error messages not show the correct line when there was an error.
• Allow customizing the command to open the comic with.
• Add controls to filter the pages that get included in a comic. This is useful for some comics like EGS where there are extra posts put in the RSS feed in addition to the main comic.
• Allow some comics to open all new pages instead of only the first new page. Designed for dealing with some tumblr comics that don't have navigation buttons if you navigate directly to the individual comics (like you get in the RSS feed).
