Since the test explorer went in, testthat has gained support for running individual describe() tests () (r-lib/testthat#1903). The test explorer should follow suit.

This was split out of #1808.

In Positron 2024.04.0 (Universal) build 1533, I can run tests using testthat::describe() as described in these QA notes.
