Is this possible complex mod. on complex mod.?

I would like to extend the following great modification:

"Swap "command + tab" with "control + tab" for easier use inside applications. For example: switching between tabs in your browser, which now matches the other tab related shortcuts."

But I want the App-Switcher to use option+tab and not control+tab.

This would only work if the first modification is executed first and then the second rule executes on the first one. Not sure this makes sense but can someone tell me if this is possible? If possible a solution would be greatly appreciated. I would love to have the behavior match my Windows Workstation ...
