Control the settings of all settings submenus with "TAB"

The settings do not always work with TABs instead of the trackpad. You cannot access the “Devices” settings. This can be a big problem if you deactivate the trackpad movement with “Modify events” “on” (from expert mode), but can no longer get there with TAB to undo this setting. (Workaround is possible with “Accessibility” within macOS and CTRL-4 CTRL-6 Movements trough).
