Issue description

After a git pull with no modifications to pixi files:

❯ pixi run ...
  × failed to determine the currently installed packages for 'default'
  ├─▶ failed to parse '.../.pixi/envs/default/conda-meta/requests-2.31.0-pyhd8ed1ab_0.json'
  ╰─▶ Eof at character 0

I still have the broken .pixi folder around to help debugging.
