I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.
I have confirmed this bug exists on the latest version of pixi, using pixi --version.
pixi --version

for pytsql, a too old version is shown: 1.1.0 instead of 1.2.3
i expect this is because 1.1.0 was noarch while 1.2.3 was built for osx-arm64

i expect this is because 1.1.0 was
noarch
while 1.2.3 was built forosx-arm64
