Quantum Computer Canary #12
Comments
Hello, I am not an expert in the Ethereum ecosystem, but I have a strong interest in quantum computing and algorithms. Therefore, I am considering a project focused on the "Quantum Computer Canary" aspect. This project would involve estimating the quantum resources needed to break Ethereum's cryptosystem and evaluating the prospects of various physical implementations of quantum computers (such as trapped ions, superconductors, etc.). However, my project will likely not include recommendations for a safe exit protocol for Ethereum. Is it okay to submit such a proposal? |
It's okay, I can exclude the safe exit part. let me fill out the rest of the detail of this task. At the same time you can submit your proposal.
|
@NOOMA-42 Hi, I would like to pursue this after my 3 PRs are accepted by cedoor Will send in the proposal soon. |
We'll only accept proposal after your previous project finished
