2017年10月24日下午所有VPN失效，包括www.python.org等非白名单网站全部被封锁
所有海外网站全部被block，我同学说下午还能吃鸡(绝地求生)，可能加速器厂商的IP是白名单吧，
好像看一眼博客，可是却出不去，征求大家意见
