在《禁止名单》正式实行后，将无法通过线上正规渠道购买环丙孕酮、雌二醇相关药物。尤其是环丙孕酮当前几乎能开具hrt处方的医院都没有院内的药物，提供环丙孕酮的线下药店也较少且缺乏信息来源。可能需要提供相关的线下购药和相关药店的指南。

从行为上来说更加偏向于 RLE，应当由 RLE.wiki 承载
