chatgpt官方平台在api访问及使用上并不友好，市面上有许多反向代理平台可以提供chatgpt api，但api服务器是反代平台的服务器地址。
比如我现在使用的OpenAI-SB【https://www.openai-sb.com/】 通过低价格购买api用于AI翻译，chatgpt web 插件等服务
