Be good to get any overview but I am looking to have GHA more to reduce our toolsets and consolidate. We have GHA implemented for our CI/CD in our cloud work, but I have not been personally involved as much as I would have liked. I can use this as an opportunity to get more up to speed.

Hoping to learn more about the nuances of GH Actions. I"m familiar with them but what kind of rules/gudelines as admins of GH should we have around them. What tools/strategies can we use to administer GH Actions.
