2) Clone this repository by entring following code in terminal in vs-code (Make sure you are in same folder created above)
git clone https://github.com/psantosh16/abhiyaan_home.git
To get all branches and updates
git pull
This will clone current remote master repo in your local enviornment.
In order to work on a repository, this is the workflow GitHub recommends:
1.Create a branch
git checkout -b <branch name>
To check you have switched branch run following command
git branch
2.Make changes
after making changes run to check
git status
3.Add changes
git add .
git status
4.Commit code
git commit -m " <message/info about changes> "
git push -u origin <your branch name>
5.Create a pull request
Go to repo and you will see Compare and Pull request click on it
(making sure your branch was selected in the branch left drop-down menu).
This pull request will be analysed and will decide if it can be merged to the master branch or not.
