Daysim crashes

If you download the zipped file from PSRC's ftp site, make sure that the unzipped file has full-control permissions. Otherwise, your computer may consider the file a security threat.

Emme issues

EMME installation path has to be placed on the top of the system PATH variable. See [Bellevue's install details] (https://github.com/bellevuewa/BKRCast/wiki/BKRCast-Setup-Anaconda3) for reference.
