Daysim crashes

If you download the zipped file from PSRC's ftp site, make sure that the unzipped file has full-control permissions. Otherwise, your computer may consider the file a security threat.
In the input configuration file, the setting run_daysim_zone_inputs should be set to False, unless you are running the base year.
