Just a little script to generate an email compliant with the policy enumerated at: http://oit.pdx.edu/changecontrol Other organizations may implement similar, since this embeds so much PSU oddity I imagine it's use to outsiders is predominantly as an example of a python script using the RT API, for whatever that's worth.
