Custom design codebase overview pages and codebase index page

• to have a design that allows us to add more information while still helping the viewer find what they're interested in
• sleeker welcome mat for newcomers

Call notes:

• we agreed that /press (Create page for press about us (publiccode.net/press) #52) would replace /members (Add publiccode.net/members #65) as a main link from the home page for now
• @angelplasma had 2 possible approaches to coding the design - we've agreed he'll go for the version that is more work upfront, but lower maintenance in the future

OpenZaak image options:

• OpenZaak logo
• Readme architecture diagram
• screenshot of some other section of code in the repo?

(This is hard; it's a backend component.)

Edit: somebody built an admin interface!! Lots of screenshots in the docs.

@angelplasma, @felixfaassen has a suggestion for the codebase maturity badge on the codebase overview page: An extra idea for the lay-out. At the top right we have a cool badge showing in which stage the codebase is. Could it be a nice idea to have badge which shows the entire stages and then highlight the stage the codebase is right now. This way first time visitors not familier with the stages can see how far we are?
