Adding a missions space section for this website (for now use random missions)

The missions section should be added after the procedure and procedure in navbar to be renamed as missions.

@GeorgeET15 in the missions section you need to add missions for the space section like NASA or any space website has. Also incorporate the procedures in that only no need for the "missions space" section. Please do these changes. For examples:

Why did you take it in the first place then 17 days is a long time. At least push something you did till now ?
