where to purchase LYWSD03MMC with SHT4x #531

Hey there,
I've now ordered several of the LYWSD03MMC from ebay, they all have arrived as hardware versions with the SHTC3 sensor in them.

Does anyone know of a place to order from where the units will reliably come as the hardware revisions with SHT4x in them?
