Adultization to JIRA Limit feature

In JIRA Data Center 8.6 Atlassian have released the Rate Limit feature
That added a new error message and params in the response header.

According to my checks the python-jira somehow is able to ignore and work around this, but is there any plan to update the Library to address the headers so users will be aware of the limit and react to it (e.g. probably by posing operations)
