Medusa doesn't success to search series #9362

Hello, i re open this issue #5965 because medusa is not using any of my jackett providers ( no problem with radarr & sonarr with jackett too)
medusa is not able to find any series, same problem for all series.
No one filter is blocking the search ( no one has been configured to block )

If you don't get any categories it likely that you are using the wrong URL.
Moving to Q&A as this is surely not a bug.

Yes right, but why are they not checked by default ?

I tried again manual search, so now providers appears but doesn't found results.. ( i checked and yes they exists on torrent9 )

Just checked Torrent9 and its search functionality is completely broken.

Anyway, we just query Jackett. If there are no results, it's because Jackett didn't return any. You need to raise an issue with them.
