Not working with spreadsheets using "," for decimals. #17

The script is notworking with numbers using "," for decimals instead of the US ".".
Is this an easy fix?

I cannot reproduce it here.

I have changed my number formats to , for decimal separator and , for thousands separators.
Opened the Nova.xlsx tutorial file and followed the tutorial instructions.
Run the simulation and got the expected results.

Are you using the latest version from https://github.com/pyscripter/XLRisk/wiki/Installation?
