when training:

radius = max(cfg.min_radius, int(radius))

when inference:
https://github.com/qcraftai/simtrack/blob/main/det3d/datasets/pipelines/preprocess.py#L321
radius = min(cfg.min_radius, int(radius))

Is there any special consideration or just a bug?
