@Speedrace4 Thanks.
Text looks good to me. I just wonder if we need a dedicated section for this button, or whether putting half of the text around line 2886 wouldn't be enough. There we are already mentioning the other buttons/options in the main "Actions" tab.
Moreover, could you update the screenshot "action_dialog.png" to display the duplicate button please? Thanks

Goal: Adds documentation for using the duplicate action button in the action layout dialogue.

Don't think this needs to be backported but feel free to correct me.
